Childcare centers/Preschools with openings:

kidHaven parents recommend Nannies

October 2013.  I would like to recommend Carmen Ramirez who is looking for work as a full-time nanny. Carmen has taken care of our son since he was 8 months old (now 28 months), first as a full-time nanny, when I was working full time, then part-time and as a regular babysitter.

Carmen is originally from Peru and is fluent in English and Spanish. She has  has an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and ran an in-home daycare in the past. She is currently seeking a full-time nanny position.

She is kind, thoughtful, responsible, knowledgeable about babies and toddlers, flexible and very resourceful. We are very grateful for her loving and meticulous care of our son.   Please let me know if you would like more information about our experience.  Liza Goldman Huertas <>  You can also contact Carmen

July 2013.  I would like to recommend our nanny of 6 years, Fran. Our kids are getting older and my mother in law is moving nearby to watch our kids after school so we are letting Fran go. She is beloved by our family and has taken amazing care of our two kids since birth and six months. She is a mature adult with experience and is great with infants, toddlers and young children. She is also very neat, reliable and organized. She has helped with light cooking and laundry around the house. I can’t recommend her enough! She will be available in August and please call her directly at 203-240-0957 or 203-876-0290 if you are interested.  Roe Fellows <>
