Joyful Birth

Submitted by Kate at Joyful Birth

After I gave birth to my twins almost 7 years ago, I couldn’t stop this strong desire to teach women how easy their births could be if they simply washed away the fear of it. I feel that birth is another stepping stone for women, and when we stand up for our babies and our bodies we are reaching our true selves. We become confident in our bodies, the way we look, the way we feel; we are not influenced by media or by others.

That is why I love HypnoBirthing so much.  We wash away fear and allow ourselves to love completely. We bond before our little ones are born.  We protect them during our birth with soft gentle births.  We allow our bodies to do what they were meant to do – to gentle birth our babies, with no forced pushing, no exhausting short breaths that deplete the baby of oxygen.

your baby can have a calm and joyful birth, free of any interventions, and not to mention, a shorter birth

I love teaching families what they already know how to do by giving them the strength to listen to their growing intuition.  In my class I will teach you how to deeply relax and to let go of your fears about childbirth and parenting. In doing this, your baby can have a calm and joyful birth, free of any interventions, and not to mention, a shorter birth. The average HypnoBirth is only 5 hours long.  You will learn to work with your body, learn to let go and surrender to the birth process giving you and your partner trust and confidence.  Learn to love your birth!

Upcoming classes starts on April 24th in West Haven.  In this is 5 part series you will receive:

  • the HypnoBirthing Book
